TERMS OF SERVICE

Please read my full T.O.S so you know what to expect when working with me.
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to my terms of service.
For any specific questions please contact me!

GENERAL INFORMATION
•I will always do my best to work with my clients and create a well made product and experience.
•I am a one person business. I will try my best to get your suit out to you as soon as possible but please do be patient and understanding. I do my best to work as efficiently as possible.
•I hold the right to use any photos or videos I've taken of your suit for promotional purposes.
•Please do not commission me if you have severe cat or dog allergies, while i try to keep my studio clean. It is inevitable that there is a possibility of pet dander being in the space.
•If you are to ever have any questions while commissioning me please ask me and I will do my best to answer anything as soon as possible. I will always be there to help with anything I can.
•I reserve the right to refuse working with any customer.
•I reserve the right to cancel a commission at any time. More info below on specifics for refunds.
•I will not work with a customer who is rude, harassing me or my customers, misusing my personal information, or people who repeatedly ask for discounts or free goods.
•I do not work with those who engage in discriminatory or prejudice behaviors of any kind.
•This company supports all people of all races, genders and gender identities, sexual orientations, all creeds and backgrounds, all religions and practices, regardless of your occupation, disability, class, or age.
•I will work with Minors 16+ but do request a signature from your guardian if commissioned, this is just necessary for legal requirements!
•I do not buy/work with another maker's bases.
•I do not use materials sent in by clients in most cases and do not have an option to send in materials in order to lower the price.
• Currently add-ons like just paws or tail or just a bodysuit are not available for new clients, If you are a previous suit from me however you are eligible for coming to me for upgrades at any time!PROCESS/TIME•If you are getting a bodysuit you MUST provide a DTD, which you will have to ship to me, i will not do a bodysuit without one.
•I do not accept or give due dates for completion of suits, i can give rough ideas but that is subject to change in the future. I typically try to be as efficient as possible but even I am not immune to getting sick or having delays.
•On average my suits turn around time is around 3-4 months long, with that being said suits can take longer or shorter due to the inconsistencies with life, however if any big changes are to happen i will always communicate that to my clients
•Throughout the process i will be sure to give frequent wips which should be looked over in case of needing any changes, so if any changes are wanted be sure to communicate these to me ASAP!
•Be sure to be semi active to respond to me while i am in the process of making your suit, i don’t need immediate responses of course but please don’t leave me for days without feedback. If you will be away play tell me so i can ask any questions ahead of time!
•I will always do my best to create and fix things in the process to greater satisfy you as a customer but am allowed the right to refuse doing something.
•Suits places in my queue are based off of when they are completely paid off. So full payments will be completed before payment plans!
•After the initial down payment of a suit we will work on ordering furs for your project!

ALLERGIESI do my best to keep any kind of food or pet away from all my projects, however I have a pet cat and dog that often times likes to spend time with me and likes to sit with me in my sewing room. Please tell me of any allergies you may have and if i have to take extra steps especially with my cat to keep him away !PAYMENT/REFUNDS•Quotes are applicable for that opening or the next IF stated!
•Suits can be upgraded within the process of the fursuit being half way done!
•Suits on payment plans are started with their base, lining, and eyes with the 30% down payment HOWEVER until paid off take least priority when compared to fully payed off suits! As well I will not finish the suit until it is fully paid off!
•Payment plans are okay but please be aware there is a 30% down payment that’s non refundable due the first two week of commissions being accepted
•Payment plan must be completed in 1-3months. How this is split up can be worked out between the two of us.
•Small extensions on payment plans can be granted in certain situations but is not something you are entitled to and is only given through my permission. If I feel as well you are abusing this permission I will cancel your order.
•Commissions can be requested to be cancelled at any point up until the furring of the head which then will be completely non refundable.
•If payments go unpaid for 3 months with no communication with the client ghosting me, I will consider the commission abandoned and will resell the item. In this case no refund will be given.
•If a premade goes unpaid for for 3 months I will also consider this abandoned and will relist the premade. A partial refund will be sent in that case but not for the 30% deposit.
•Please be sure to communicate to me before sending a payment. Payments should be approved by me before being sent.
•Forced refunds or chargebacks of any purchase will result in immediate ban and violates my t.o.s.
•For refunds contact me immediately as to not waste any time and to have the best options for refunds amount as a commissioner, Refund amounts depend on the amount of work completed, so the less work done, the more of a refund you will receive. in the end though Refunds are subject to my approval.
•If a refund is made on my part due to my personal life changes or family circumstances not tied to you there will be a 100% refund.
•If for some odd reason your suit is not completed within 2 years after full payment you are subject to a full refund as well. This is likely to never happen but is here to assure your protection as a commissioner.
•The 30% down payments are non refundable unless the commission is canceled by myself due to life, family circumstances, or passing 2 years of no completion for your suit.
•If a commission or premade is shipped you are no longer eligible for any refund.
•If a commission or premade is cancelled due to a T.O.S. violation, harassment, nonpayment, or any action harmful to me, my buisness, or my followers, there will be no refund.
•Refunds can take up to 2 months to recieve.

COSTUME PERMISSION AND CHARACTER RIGHTSIf you purchase a pre-made suit from me you get full artistic rights over the character design and can change it as you see fit.
I do not allow my work to be used to represent or support hateful and bigoted ideologies. If I am made aware that you are breaking this rule, you will be blacklisted from commissioning or purchasing from me again and blocked on all my accounts. Using my suits for consensual 18+ / NSFW interactions is fine.REPAIR AND WARRANTIES•I am always happy to repair or alter any piece I have made no matter if you are the original owner or otherwise.
•If anything happens to your commission within 30 days of receiving your item I will happily make any repairs or alterations at no cost. (just pay the shipping)
•Repairs and alterations not due to my error must be paid for by the buyer after the 30 days.
•Please be aware if at the time of repair a material or color once used previously is no longer available we will have to use the next best option. Typically I hold onto leftover furs and materials for your project up to a months after completion
•I do not refurbish parts made by other makers unless I open commissions for that otherwise!SHIPPING AND RETURNS•Quotes are for the suit itself not shipping
•Shipping is at the customers expense and is asked for at the end of the commissions completion
•All shipping quotes are subject to change and are made through ups or if international usps
•if another shipping option is wanted please specify to me when we are discussing shipping info.
•If shipping payment is not paid 5 months after commission is completed or premade has been paid off then I will consider the product abandoned and will resell the commission with no changes or refund, for premade a partial refund will be given and the suit will be resold.
•I am not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen in the mail.
•for oversees friends i do ship to you, however be aware of the higher price and customs. I will do my best to assist you through this and all packages will be send through usps with a tracker which will be added to shipping prices for the safety of the suit
•Suits within the united states are allowed to be offered an air tracker at an extra charge but are not a necessary add on

FURSUIT PRICING

Please remember that these prices are BASE PRICES, things like more colours (more than two), complex markings and extra feature WILL make your suit more expensive. You can receive a free quote, which will be a more accurate price, quotes open typically two weeks before my commissions open, after which you can fill out an application— please DO NOT try to haggle or get these prices reduced.
